This woman wisely documented her brother-in-law's wife at her absolute worst. She shared her story via this thread on Reddit's r/AmITheA**hole subreddit. The drama started when the Redditor's marriage was very much on the rocks. Once she realized she was pregnant, they decided to work things out much to the chagrin of his family and his nosy brother-in-law's wife.
She unleashed a tirade and told the Redditor that there was absolutely no way her husband would have stayed with her had it not been for the baby. Little did she know, the Redditor recorded the entire conversation like a boss. She threatened to expose her brother-in-law's wife unless she left the Redditor alone. Which she did for a little over a year. But now she's back and she's asking for the recording to be deleted.
Our hot take is that the Redditor should make a copy of the recording and "delete" the original, then tell her husband everything before this woman gets to him first. If she ever resumes her sabotaging, the Redditor can reveal that she still has a copy of that recording.
